Managing IAM

As with other resource types in GCP, there are a number of ways to manage IAM policies, all driven by publicly available APIs. The simplest way to manage IAM is via the Cloud Console under Navigation menu | IAM & admin | IAM. From here, you can add and remove users, groups, and service accounts as well as set their IAM permissions. In order to modify IAM policies, you must be a project owner.
