1.6 钎焊
钎焊是采用比母材熔点低的金属材料作钎料,将焊件和钎料加热到高于钎料熔点,低于母材熔点的温度,利用液态钎料润湿母材,填充接头间隙并与母材相互扩散实现连接焊件的方法。
钎焊时,焊件加热温度较低,焊件的组织和力学性能变化不大,变形较小,接头平整光滑,工艺简单,生产率高,因此钎焊获得广泛应用。
钎焊的缺点是一般情况下接头强度较低,必须用搭接达到与母材等强度。钎焊时接头连接面间要保证一定的间隙。残余的钎剂有腐蚀作用,因而对装配及钎焊后的清理要求较严。
按钎料的熔化温度和钎焊接头的强度不同,钎料可分为:难熔钎料(硬钎料,熔点在450℃以上),易熔钎料(软钎料,熔点在450℃以下)。钎料见表1-4-73,钎剂见表1-4-74~表1-4-79。
为了获得优质的钎焊接头,应根据所钎焊的材料、形状结构及尺寸、接头的使用性能、生产效率及所具备的条件等因素,正确地选择相应的钎焊方法、钎料、钎剂以及钎焊工艺等。
